Had a few admission passes for paintball at Santa Clara Paintball. Nabil Shahid was good enough to join me. Before progressing further, here's was the highlight of my day:

I've been at Santa Clara Paintball twice before, but generally played typical games like elimination and respawn. But this time, we had the opportunity to play two fun variations: protect the president and zombies. In the president game, the objective is to kill the opponent's president. The president has three bodyguards that can only be killed by headshots and have to stay within 10 feet of the president. There's also a medic who doesn't have a gun, but can respawn dead teammates. This was the most fun / strategic game of the day.
Zombies was more for just plain fun. I was volunteered by the refs to be a zombie, which also can only be killed by a headshot, and walks around like a zombie (dragging a foot). Humans that get killed by zombies get respawned as zombies. Also very fun, although it probably would've been more balanced with fewer zombies to start.
Had a great time, and followed it up with ribeye steaks. It was a good day.
