Hitting the home stretch on 8% body fat

Well, I've always believed that expression that pictures are worth a thousand words. So included below are two thousand words worth.

The "Before" picture (May 2012)
The "After" picture (August 2012)

I'll be the first to admit that gym lighting makes you look godly, and plus I'm flexing in the second, but the difference is clear. Represents 4.5 percentage points of body fat loss. This represents a 33% decrease in body fat with no loss in lean body mass. I've managed to stay at 9% body fat over the past 2 months despite constant travel and babymoon, but it's time for some changes. The home stretch plan consists of 3 simple steps.

1. Cut caloric intake gradually. 1,500 net for 2 weeks. 1,250 net for 2 weeks.
2. Cut carbs. Averaging around 115 g per day. Cutting that to 50 g.
3. Increase cardio. Add in two longer runs or basketball sessions a week.

Let's see where we can take this little badass ride by December!
