- Teddy Roosevelt, an original Badass Gentleman
One of my lifetime goals is to consistently pursue a state of extreme health. That means dramatically raising the bar on training, sleep quality, and nutrition. Today's focus is training. Back in California, an exceptionally fit SVP at eBay shared with me his secrets to extreme health. Genetics (high metabolism), excellent diet, and a home gym.
Although generosity is certainly an admirable trait, I'm not about to drop $1-2k to set up a home gym for some guy I barely know (the owner, whose home we're renting for the summer). So what does a Badass Gentleman do?
He thinks about what Teddy said, creates a $2 home gym, and gets cracking! Click on the video below to see the what it's all about. To skip straight to the exercises, go to 1:00 in the video. If you prefer reading about the exercises, scroll past the video, and I'll describe them there (with timings in the video).
